Jean Fana is the Education & Advocacy Manager for Harborlight Homes. His work centers around the North Shore, advancing local and state policies that enable the development of affordable housing. He is a husband to wife Annaise and a father to his son John Michael.

Jean’s primary background is in political organizing, having served as Campaign Manager for Jared Nicholson, Mayor of Lynn, and then Outreach Director for the City of Lynn. In these capacities, Jean worked to develop strategies for deeper communication and connection with diverse populations.

Jean was honorably discharged from Active Duty Service from the US Army in April 2021 at the rank of Sergeant.
