Kate lives in Beverly with her husband, Matt Fox. They have two sons; George is a senior at UMass Amherst studying Economics and Math, and Nick, a 2022 graduate of Beverly High School, will be attending UMass Amherst to study Biology. When she is not cheering for Nick on the baseball diamond, Kate enjoys photography, baking, and kayaking on local waterways.

Kate holds a BA in English with a minor in Religious Studies from William Smith College.
