Regional Executive Director
YMCA of the North Shore
Tracy Fuller is the Regional Executive Director for the YMCA of the North Shore, providing youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility leadership at the Haverhill and Plaistow Community YMCA. Tracy has been an Executive Director for 15 years, previously working for the YMCA has an early education director, summer camp director and school age childcare director. Tracy started the early learning and school age programs offered at the Haverhill YMCA, which now collectively serves over 400 children, including partnerships with Haverhill Public Schools, Whittier Vo Tech HS, and Northern Essex Community College. Tracy has served on the Haverhill DCF Board of Directors, and is currently a board member for Sarah's Place, which provides day programming to seniors, as well as the HPS's Haverhill ELT (Early Learning Team).
Tracy lives in Haverhill with her husband Bob and her two sons, Alex and Joel. When not at the Y, she enjoys family time at the lake and being involved in her son's sports and activities, as well as giving back to her community by being involved in events such as Emmaus' Cycle for Shelter.
​Tracy has a degree in Developmental Psychology and Early Childhood Education from St. Anselm's College.
