Penelope Guerrero Perez is a footwear designer originally from Haverhill, Ma. Her footwear career began in Haverhill, shortly after receiving a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art.

With over 20 years of experience, Penelope has held several roles in renowned design houses in New York City that include Donna Karan, Vince Camuto, and Michael Kors. Most recently, she worked at Timberland, where she was the sole/lead designer for the premium women's footwear collection, Timberland Boot Company, and the Global Design Director for Women's Footwear. She has traveled the world researching and developing shoes in countries that include China, Brazil, and India, and several countries throughout Europe. Her design work has been featured in many publications, including the September issue of Vogue.

Dedicated to social responsibility, Penelope is currently serving on Boards that align with her love of art, and her focus on opportunity and inclusion.
