Office of Congresswoman Lori Trahan
Vladimir Saldana is the North Regional Director for the Office of Congresswoman Lori Trahan. Since joining the Congressional Office, Vladimir has managed outreach and developed relationships with key stakeholders in the communities of Lawrence, Methuen, Andover and Haverhill. While serving as the liaison between Congresswoman Trahan and the communities in the north region, Vladimir has guided the office to successfully support businesses and residents affected by the Merrimack Valley gas explosions access compensations as results of the disaster. Vladimir also created and implemented a Census 2020 outreach campaign plan across the north region to ensure a more accurate count for hard-to-count communities. Prior to joining the congressional office team, Vladimir was a Real Estate Project Manager for Lawrence CommunityWorks. While at Lawrence CommunityWorks he managed the construction of five new single-family homes with a budget of $2.45M.
Vladimir is passionate about community development and serves as a board member for non-profit organizations in the community. He is currently a board member of the Boys and Girls Club, Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership, and an advisor to the Theodore Edson Parker Foundation.
Vladimir is a proud alum of the UMass Lowell and Middlesex Community College.
