Shaw Rosen is a real estate development consultant with Lupoli Development, a real estate development company that focuses on adaptive re-use of historic properties and ground-up construction in Gateway Cities, creating mixed use projects that are transformative. She manages multiple projects for specific developments, including tax credit programs, proposals, and community relations. Her experience includes work as project executive for developments such as Riverwalk Lofts and Haverhill Heights. Prior to Lupoli, Shaw was Chief Operating Officer at Mass Innovation and oversaw the historic rehabilitation of 300,000 square feet of the Wood Mill into 200 market rate apartments. She spent much of her career before real estate in education and workforce development, as the Executive Director of the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board, Director of Workforce Development at Community Action, and a member of the Haverhill School Committee. She also owned a Haverhill catering business, Rise to the Occasion. She was a founding board member of Hill View Montessori Charter School in Haverhill and is currently the Chair of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.

Shaw lives on a lake in Derry, New Hampshire with her husband Joel, who has a law practice in Andover. They have two children and four young grandchildren who love to swim. She loves cooking and reads cookbooks like novels.

Shaw has a B.A. in Psychology from Curry College.
