Kirirath S. Saing is a Multicultural Program Specialist at Element Care, a program of all inclusive care for the elderly, including, but not limited to the Southeast Asian residents of all communities in the agency’s current and proposed service areas.

Currently, Kirirath serves as board secretary for the Lynn Community Health Center. He also sits on their Finance and Strategic Committees. He also serves on City Board, Lynn EDIC (Economic Development & Industrial). He recently resigned from Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association (CMAA of Lowell), where he served, first as Vice President, then as President of the board from 2016 to 2021.Kirirath volunteered to serve as Southeast Asian Liaison to Lynn Mayor, Judith F. Kennedy from 2010 to 2018.

Kirirath earned his MBA from Salem State University, Bertolon School of Business Management in 2020, at the humble age of 54.

Originally from Cambodia, Kirirath now lives in Lynn, Massachusetts with his wife, Annieratha (Sara), and his two sons, Steven and Kevin. Kirirath enjoy spending times with his family. He also loves to read as many books as he can on the subject of leadership, beginning with that great book, the Bible.
